Fried Fish (tilapia)

Instructions
Note: Double recipe for 3.5 lbs of talipia

1 cup crispy plain panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup yellow cornmeal
4 Tbl red-fat parmesean cheese
Dash garlic powder
Sprinkles of old bay seasoning
Buttermilk
1.5 lbs tilapia

Heat oven to 450. Line baking sheet with foil; coat with cooking spray.

Soak fish filets in buttermilk for about 10 min's, then "coat" in crumb mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet Preheat pan for about 10 min’s before putting fish on. Spray tops of fish with little ICBNB spray.

Bake fillets in 450 oven for 20 minutes or until fillets are crispy and cooked through.
