Taco Soup

Taco Soup

1 lb. leanest ground beef (I use Yves Ground Round faux beef, actually)
1 large onion, chopped
15 oz. can kidney beans
15 oz. can chili beans
15 oz. can diced tomatoes
15 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. can diced green chiles
15 oz. can fat free refried beans
15 oz. can corn
1 1/2 cup of water
Taco seasoning mix (1 packet, or 1.25 oz.)
Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (1 packet, or 1 oz.)

Sauté the beef and onion together. Add the rest of the ingredients without draining the cans. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes or so.
