Quick & Easy Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
- (1) 5 oz. can Albacore in water - well drained and flaked.
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning (I used garlic pepper b/c I don't like lemon pepper.)
- 1 Tbs. RF sour cream
- 1/4 cup egg beaters
- 1/4 cup Stove Top chicken stuffing mix (I had to use an entire 1/2 cup because it was waaaay to runny with just 1/4...maybe my tuna wasn't drained well enough?)
Instructions
Drain tuna well, and flake in a mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and gently fold together. Make into 2 equal size patties.
Spray a non-stick pan with Pam and bring to medium-high heat. Gently place patties in hot pan and cook until well browned on first side (about 3 minutes). Gently turn burgers and allow to brown on 2nd side.
