"No Chopping" Vegetable Soup
Serving Size : 8
2 cups beef broth or bouillon
1 14 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 16 oz. can kidney beans -- drained
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen baby onions
1 pound fresh boneless turkey strips
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
In slow cooker, combine all ingredients except tortilla chips. Cover;
cook on LOW 8 or 9 hours or until vegetables are done.
Serve in individual bowls; sprinkle with tortilla chips.
