Chicken Stroganoff – Crockpot


Chicken Stroganoff – Crockpot ---6 points per serving

Ingredients
1 pound chicken breasts
8 oz fresh mushrooms
1 (10 3/4 oz) Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
16 oz light sour cream


Instructions
Put frozen chicken in bottom of crockpot. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
