1 1/2 lb Chicken Breast Boneless -Skinless, 6 - 4 Oz Breasts, frozen
15 oz Black Beans, Drained
15 oz Corn Yellow, Drained
16 oz Salsa
8 oz Cream Cheese Fat Free
1. Put frozen chicken breasts in crockpot; cover with black beans, drained, corn, and salsa.
2. Cook on high 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked.
3. Place block of cream cheese on top and cook for additional 1/2 hour. Done.
Servings: 6
