Cream Cheese Salsa Crockpot Chicken (1 1/2 Qt)
Yield: Adapted For 2 Servings
2 - 4oz Chicken Breast Boneless -Skinless
Small can Corn Yellow, Drained
4 oz Salsa
4 oz Light Cream Cheese
Put frozen chicken breasts in crockpot; cover with can of drained corn and salsa. Cook on high 2-4 hours or
until chicken is cooked. Place cream cheese on top and cook for additional 1/2 hour.
